Tips for Good Vocal Health
Get lots of sleep!
Drink lots of water every day.
Eat a balanced diet
Exercise regularly
Practice regularly
Sleep with a vaporizer on if possible.
Don't smoke or drink excessive amount of alcohol.
Don't sing too much, too high, or too loud.
Don't "belt" or shout.
Don't talk over loud music/crowds.
Don't make weird noises with your voice.
Eat at least one hour before you sing.
Avoid dairy products or sweets.
Stretch your shoulders and neck.
Always practice vocal warm-ups before you sing.
